Wire Mesh Welding Machine consists mainly of main machine for welding, Longitudinal wire feeding mechanism, cross wire falling mechanism, pulling mesh system, electric control system, water cooling system, etc.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Welding wire diameter range is 3-6mm, Longitudinal wire space is 50-200mm, The cross wire space is 50-300mm. stepless adjustable.
The maximum width of the welding wire mesh is 2500mm (also according to customer requirements).
2. Both line wires and cross wires are pre-straighten and pre-cut, can weld continuous wire mesh sheets. The longitudinal wire is feeding by car.Save labor cost and increase production capacity.
3. Install: The wire mesh welding machine no need install the anchor bolt, only need to put on the ground of your workshop.
4. Adjust: The cross wire space and longitudinal wire space will be adjusted as your requirement. All of the debugging working will be done in the factory manufacture by our engineers. We will send manual operation of the wire mesh welding machine to you.
5. Control systerm: PLC Control Systerm. Very easy to operate.
6. Welding transformer: The capacity is160KVA. If mesh width 2500mm. mesh size 50x50mm. Need 6 pcs welding transformers.
