2.The line wire is pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine, Then put into line wire hopper device. Pre-cut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate,which keep the mesh surface is very flat. The hopper adopts the stepping motor control, brake motor wheels and the cross wire will fallen automatically from the hopper.

3.The welding transformer adopts big power at 160KVA every one, which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system. Our clients are very satisfied with our new development for the welding transformer.

4.The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of cross wire at random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet very easily, and only need to set the any space required on the touch screen.

7.The mesh bending machine can bend the mesh panel in the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The bending machine is controlled by the control cabinet. Finally. The mesh pulling car will pull out the fence mesh panel automatically.And lands on the collect mesh car automatically.

9.The fence mesh production line need power transformer at least 120KVA to supply machine running. And the distance from the power transformer to the fence mesh production line should be less than 100m.
